My first full color oil painting. It's 6x6 mini-canvas, took 12 hours. I sat there for the entire day today, doing this. For painting class of course...
I had to simplify the picture to save time and compensate for my novice skill level (plus the teacher wanted simple subjects, but I have nothing simple...). All in all I don't think it turned out that badly...but it doesn't change the fact I hate painting. |
